To follow all Events Executive Enquires Lead, Social function, conventions and other tentative banquet inquiries, converting these lead to positive commitment within the next 7 days (convert from Prospect to Tentative) or (convert from Tentative to Definite)
All confirmation of contract must be with Deposit Payment (as per schedule in the contract). All contract must be sign by the client and must be in the file during handover to Banquet.
To follow up all signed Corporate Rate letters within 7 days after sent to client. Sign copy to email to reservation, Front Desk, Sales manager, finance and Director of Sales.
